Nov.2015 I called in to get a pie delivered and waited for one hour. I had my husband call in to get an update on our order and it turned out that they never placed our order. Communication among staff is obviously bad and totally unorganized. The guy on the phone started asking if they knew what had happened to the order and they were completely clueless. I love the food there but I was extremely dissapointed on how unreliable service is. So sad.

Don't get me wrong the food is more than decent here. However the staff behind the counter is extremely ignorant when you come to pick up your order or simply want to buy a slice. Every single time I go to this place it takes the guys forever to greet their customers and ask them why they are standing there in front of their register in the store!!! It takes 5 minutes to even get tended to! It's absolutely ridiculous and aggravates me every time I'm in there. I avoid this place because of the morons behind the counter.

Visiting NY and was staying close by. Everyone was very welcoming and the service was great. Now the food....WOW! My husband ordered the chicken cordon Blu and it was AMAZING! My food along with my kids where great too. If your in the area I say stop in!

My kids and i fell in love with this place last month..pizza is awesome !! We r def coming back .. Close to home and deliecious ..cant beat that !!!

This is the best place to eat in Astoria! The vibe is chillout meets Italian and the food is great! Try the personal buffalo pizza with house salad on the side!
