As a carrier company, Pronto Giros has a very bad service. It seems they do not have good management. I sent two boxes to be shipped to Colombia. First, they claimed they did not receive my money order I mailed them to cover the shipping fees. I had to pay at the post office additional money to track the money order. Pronto Giros's excuse was that it was placed on a different mail box in their building. Second, I sent two boxes to be delivered to two different and unrelated people in Colombia. The content of the boxes were placed on one box and was delivered to one person. Third, I paid for door to door delivery, and the person they decided was the recipient was called to go to the office to pick up a 40 pound box. Such a mess! I am not using them anymore and of course, I do not recommend this company at all.
