I had an appointment with Doctor Roberto Robinson who is also a part of this practice,
Worst doctor I have ever gone to in my life..............well I guess that would be if I actually got to see the doctor. I had an appointment at 10:45, made 2 weeks in advance. I sat and waited for two hours without any update from the staff. There were only two people waiting when i got there, however by the end of the first hour there were at least 4 more people. When I finally asked the receptionist how long the wait would be she told me that I was next..............mean while everyone who came after me was called in before me.
Ridiculous *%#@&$# Ridiculous.
When I finally decided to leave at 12:45 the receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told her NO, she was completely unapologetic, like this had happened many times before.
To everyone out there DO NOT go to this practice............save your time and go elsewhere.
