Trying to schedule EA Exam.Website out of order for over a month.I call customer service
They gave me a wrong number twice,finally after the 3 minutes advertising I found help.
The lady asked for the same information 5 times (the honest true) then, She apologized,
the system was not working properly. After 9 minutes of waiting I hang up. Prometric
monopolized this Test service, so I am going to have to call them again. Believe or Not

GARBAGE!! BEEN TRYING TO SCHEDULE AN EXAM FOR AN HOUR. LONG WAITS, WRONG NUMBERS, REP HUNG UP ON ME. LINE BUSY NOW FOR 20 MINUTES!!!!!!
