It was probably just bad luck, but my test day here did not go too well. The people working here were nice, but a little distracting during the test (heavy footsteps and frequent walking around).
The only major problem I had was with the computer I was using. Issues with popups during an entire section was really frustrating and messed up my timing. Small issue with the headphones, if you have a big head like I do, it will give you a headache.
On the plus side, the place had really good temperature control and a spacious parking lot below the building. The bathroom was also close to the test room.

Not bad, nothing special. Lockers for your stuff. I tested go July and the room was comfortable. Not cold but not warm. Nice people. Headsets to cancel noise are a little uncomfortable after a half hour so bring far plugs

Good Prometric Center... quiet, comfortable. Located just East of Dunkin Donuts on the eastbound side of Route 4 in Fairlawn. Dirk your coffee before you go in, however!
