They are not to be trusted! Takes forever to receive, they forget about your order even though they have charged you. They charge a lot for shipping and to costumize. They have no costumer service. This one girl that answer the phone don't have a clue. If you don't want a head ache don't buy from these people. Proma usa not trustful.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE IN GENERAL. I've given this company two chances. The first, I waited over a month for uniforms ordered. I had to call twice to get them to ship my order, it was just sitting in the warehouse, they forgot about it.

The second time, the same thing happened, but when I called I was blatantly lied to, and they never sent the order out. I called 4 times about this one order, and each time I called they said I'd definitely have the order by 'x' day, and of course, each time no order came.

If you actually want to receive something you order, go elsewhere.
