Overall ok, they scratched my window piller on brand new car when they were cutting the tint out. Also they used my roll of bounty that was in my trunk. I mean really if they would have ask, I would have said go ahead use it, but to take it.

I had a viper remote start installed in May 2015, along with a bunch of other stuff and paid 2500 for the total instalation. I returned December 30th 2015 to have my remote start checked out since it stopped working. I waited over an hour to get the system checked out and when they checked out the system i was told the brain for the remote starter is no good. They were charging me an extra $350 to install a new brain. I told the sales rep. this is suppose to be covered with the warranty. They told me it's now a different company, meanwhile the shop has the same owner and employees. This is ridiculous, i would not recommend anyone getting work done by this business. Scam artist!

this is my first time going to proline after being recommended by a good friend who has an amazing system in his car. Needless to say the guys at proline really out did themselves. They gave a great professional system, as well as an alarm system for a great price. Very professional and I couldn't be happier. Ask for Guy, you won't be disappointed. Awesome job fellas. Thanks.

Amazing service... they hooked up the sound and head unit on my classic BMW, they did real professional work for a very fair price. I don't let just anyone mess with my classics.. I would def recommend this shop.. Ask for Guy or Artie
