I work at Project Body, I have never been so happy to work at a Spa. Lisa is great so are all of the Therapist and Front desk. Affordable membership. We have a well ness plan for you because we know how important it is to have great heath.

I love this place so much that I created a Google Plus account just to give it a positive review! Lisa who owns Project Body is such a talented massage therapist, she really listens to your needs and will have you coming back! Every time i've gone in there is a new client signing up for membership. I am a new member myself and I can't wait to go back often. She finds knots and pain spots I didn't even know I had! Her facility is always clean, her appointment times are very wide and I really can't think of one thing to complain about.

simply amazing.. I could tell Lisa knows what she's doing. I went to her because i was getting a bad spasm in my left shoulder/trap/neck and felt super tight. I was super tight at first but as she kept working, I could feel my tightness melt away. When I walked out, I felt the most relaxed I've felt in a very long time. I didn't even realize how tense I was until the massage was over. I wish I could've done a 3 hour massage!
Highly recommend! I'm definitely going back.

I was very happy to find Lisa on Google Maps. She proved to be a skilled masseuse by loosening the many knots that have found there way into my back, shoulder and leg muscles. Her shop, Project Body is very clean and nicely decorated, although I must admit I had my eyes closed once she got to work on me. After making sure I was OK with a heavier hand, I endured the therapeutic release of my overworked muscles.
The following day my muscles are relaxed and ready to conquer my next workout. I will definitely be visiting her again.
