In my opinion one of the most ethically challenged doctors office I have ever had the misfortune to go to. Went several times for same condition ,price point was the same , last time I visited price was double all the prior times. Office manager Stephanie Tucker was completely useless. I got the run around for months because I questioned the validity of my bill. Her response was " prices go up" . Go someplace where the staff treats you with respect and avoid Pro Health.

The front office staff was amazing... I must say Barbara was the most ANGELIC nurse EVER! She is a nurse in the Recovery area. After I got my breast augmentation, she was the first person I saw. She was sweet, understanding, and personable. I will never forget her. Thank you Mrs. Barbara!

The office staff were absolutely horrendous, I had made an appointment and discussed my insurance with them, however, after I reached there they told me that my insurance would not be accepted. Instead of being apologetic about the situation, the office staff placed all of the blame on me and berated me. I wish I had seen the atrocious reviews that the office staff had garnered beforehand.
