Just want to thank the people at professional auto tech. Specially the manager or owner, he went above and beyond to fix my shocks strut for my truck and this was after closing time. I needed my truck for work and I couldn't leave without it being fix. Also I was there since 3:30pm, and got my truck fix after closing time, so yeah it was packed. Again, thanks to the manager/owner I got my truck fixed and I thanked him personally. I will be coming back on my next tune up and I do recommend his shop.

P.s keep an eye on your vehicle, because even dough my vehicle got fix the right way. One of the mechanics (this was before the manager step in to help) tried to put a shock strut that was not for my vehicle and I got into an argument with and told him that I was not going to leave with a part that is not for my vehicle. Just a heads up, but again thanks to the manager/owner it got fixed the right way. This is why I gave it a 4 star out of 5.

My car's transmission broke and I they help me out getting my car fix the same day. I was very impress how fast they were able to get my car working again.

I put my complete trust in this repair shop, I have used them for the past 3 years, this is a Famlily owned and operated business, that cares abouts its client, I work in a leasing company dealing with TLC vehicles, and we trust them with our 1200 vehicle fleet. Ask for Eduard or Franklin they will hook you up nice!

I took my car with a electrical issue that other mechanics couldn't resolve the problem, here at professional autotech, the fixed fast at a very reasonable price.very happy.will recommend this mechanic shop to all my friends and family members.

The staff is very knowledgeable and explains everything well in advance without making you feel like you don't have to get work done, but it's highly suggested. They're very friendly and accommodating as well. They prefer pre set appointments, but I was able to bring in my car at a moment's notice. They take all cars but specialize in Volvo, Volkswagen, and Subaru. They got my '94 Volvo 850 with 300k miles working like new and ready for another 100k!
