I have been a customer of PAC for the past 30 years. Since that time I have grown from a user of basic audio components to an owner of a custom movie theater and throughout the home audio and video.There is one thing that I have learned in that time. No matter that you may be an electronics wizard, an audiophile, or a person with a great thumb on the remote as I am; you need the comforting professionalism of PAC to get you where you want to be.

During the past 20 years, I have relied on the expertise and capabilities of Ralph Tarnoksky and PAC to assist in the advance of my favorite hobby, high-end audio reproduction at home. Ralph has always provided me with appropriate guidance in all aspects of home audio, weighing both quality and cost in all of his equipment and configuration recommendations. Throughout this time, I have experienced a significant and continual upgrade in equipment level resulting in countless hours of high-level musical enjoyment along with consequent pride of ownership. At all times, Ralph was aware and interested in my desire for high quality audio and was always responsive to my needs in this regard. It is my opinion that I would not have been able to move my audio hobby forward and achieved the current level of high performance without PAC's guidance.
