I've ordered from these folks a few times, and have never had an issue. I ordered a B Stock item, and when that item was out of stock, they went ahead and sent me a brand new one for the same price. Good communication as well. I will definitely do business again.

This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever ordered from. I'm an A/V professional and worked with every kind of supplier. First off, they listed the product i ordered as "in stock" which is why I ordered it from them, because they are on back order pretty much everywhere. I was emailed 3 days later and told that they were in fact not in stock and they hadn't received a shipment of them yet. I asked for a day when their order would be in, and he responded 3 more days later telling me they had them in that day and would be sending me a tracking number. A week later, no tracking number. I called them and they informed me that they didn't send mine out and didn't have any of them. I asked to cancel my order and the guy on the other end hung up on me. Do not trust this website.

Buyer beware. Was told by there chat robot guitar would ship out and should receive it in 3 days.
No tracking the next day. Called the store and was told it was being pulled from the warehouse and will go out end of business day or the next day. Called back the next day and was told they are packing up the guitar and it will go out today. Logged into there website the next day.. No tracking. Sent email. No response. Logged into my account today. No tracking number again. I started a chat session with there online sales rep. Again got the run around and he wanted to engage there shipping department to email me and he stated it takes now 4-5 days to ship. BS. I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company and informed Kevin the chat robot to credit back my credit card or pay back the the credit card company.cred and I have screen captured our online conversation. Needless to say he disconnected from the conversation.

Prices are good, yes. An item I bought was defective upon arrival. They did not want to help because I reported it 14 days after their 30 day return policy. I did not ask for a return, I just wanted to send me a unit that works. They said go to the manufacturer (which is backorder on the part). Good professional audio shops will do what they can to ensure their customer's items are in working order when first received. Would give them 2, but since their prices are good, they get 3.

I placed an order with them, and was not charged nor received a tracking number for over 24 hours. This struck me as unusual as at least some sort of processing usually takes place within this time frame, so I called their support number just to inquire about the status of my order. Before I'd even asked a question, the tone of the person who answered the phone was hostile. I simply stated I had a question about an order. The person's word for word response was "Yeah, what is it?" in a derisive tone fit for a scene from Clerks.

When I asked when the order would be shipped (the details of which he already had available, without me even providing an order number or any sort of verification information - I'm guessing derived from my phone number, which is leaving me with an uncomfortable feeling about his access to my and other customer's information), he proceeded to go on a temper tantrum about how they are "not Amazon" and was obviously trying to be as abusive as possible while avoiding making outright insults.

His attitude made me uncomfortable continuing through with the order, and I requested he cancel it. He said he would, but the tone of his voice told me otherwise, and so immediately after getting off the phone I contacted my bank and was able to file a dispute before the inevitable charge came through.

I'll obviously never be shopping here again and I recommend no else does either, as there are plenty of resellers with similar discounts who are also "not Amazon", but still take the time to provide customer service and don't give off vibes of identity theft.
