MR PHILLIPS We CHARGEd YOU TO REPROGRAM Your REMOTE AND PUT A BATTERY IN IT AFTER 5 years of installing it at our shop. You came back the second day because everything is still programmed but your remote starter would activate and shut down do to the bypass losing program because of low voltage (bad car battery) on your battery. I told you over and over of situation the remote starter is still programmed. I told you we would reprogram the bypass and can still AGAIN LOSE THE BYPASS PROGRAM NOT REMOTE PROGRA
Now for lady who wrote about the up charges these charges are FROM THE DWI INTERLOCK COMPANY YOU CHOSE TO PUT IN YOUR CAR FOR DWI DEVICES. WE USE THE COMPANIES COMPUTER THAT THEY GENERATE ALL CHARGES. ANY CHARGES ARE MADE UP FROM THE COMPANY. NOT US. THE $81 install charge is what they had in computer and fixed it after we called them and had them take it off. As for you saying you will come down to remove a kill switch that's STATE MANDATORY TO NOT HAVE WHILE A DWI INTERLOCK DRIVER. NO SHOP OR INSURANCE ALLOWS US TO LET CUSTOMERS DO UNINSTALLING ON OUR PREMISES by the CUSTOMERS. SORRY BUT ITS YOUR CAR AND WE DONT KNOW WHAT IS INSTALLED PRIOR. So for the up charge it is mandatory to finish the interlock device install and you are responsible to pay for it. If this was a problem then please abide by the law and don't DRINK AND DRIVE. For all group on clients we don't hide any extra charges it's in our print for ALLLL EXTRA CHARGES FROM POWER DOOR LOCKS TO ALL BYPASSES WE HIDE NOTHING.

SORRY BUT I WANTED TO EXPLAIN THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT ARE REALLY NOT SOMETHING WE DID WRONG JUST LACK OF CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE. WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 10 years and do our best to make it the best

Do not go to this place, and DO NOT fall for the Groupon of 95.00 I had to pay 150.00 on top of the 95.00 Groupon deal they had. And that's only for just starter no more then that no trunk opening no unlocking and locking the car. Please don't go here and get played like I did. If I can get this starter taken off and get my money back I will do it with no problem.

Worse experience ever. My friend was great enough to want to buy me a remote starter for my car for the winter through an offer she saw on Groupon. She called to make the appointment for the following week and left the type of car I have and all the info needed. Next week comes, & I take the day off of work to go drop off the car in the morning. When I get their the guy says "We don't have the piece needed for your type of car here I have to see if we have any available at the warehouse." Automatically, I knew this wasn't going to go as smooth as I thought. He said if I can come back tomorrow again. I told him I couldn't I took the day off of work and the appointment was made 7days PRIOR to today for my car. They knew the type of car I was bringing today (as he mentioned oh yes I see your appointment right here), yet they didn't make sure to have the piece available for the day of the appointment. He was "sweet" enough to say he could take me today it'll take some hours however. I said that's fine I had no choice! Right as I was going to hand over my keys I asked if he could call the warehouse and make sure it's in stock! He said I'm sure it is but I'll call. (Because I insisted) NOPE! not in stock! Wasted my day and he said piece won't come in until next Thursday! I CLEARY SAID I can't next Thursday I have military duty that day. He said okay it'll be in by Thursday just call for the appointment. I left furious! Following week comes... I called Friday early first thing asking if I can take my car again. He says oh no Mrs. your appointment was yesterday. We even lost customers thinking you were coming. EXCUSE ME?? I CLEARY said I would call back because I could not go on Thursday. Excuse after excuse I told him forget it I don't want anything from this location. Rude & not helpful at all! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Most likely cannot get a refund for what was already paid to be done here as well!

If I could give them a 0/5 I would. They wired my audio system completely wrong in a cheap manner. & When I went to them for assistance on fixing it, they told me I need to put a deposit down just to reserve an appointment to get it looked at.

After getting it checked out by another audio professional. He showed me how much of lazy job they did in installing my new speakers, amp and sub. & He also stated that he gets at least 2-3 people a week that come to him with broken systems that were installed by Protronix.

Overall experience = TERRIBLE

I went there for an hid install when i got there they showed me the new thing which is led headlight oh yea i like it thank u guys
