Sent my Laptop in to get a screen repair, they called me and told me they were out of the current screen for my brand and said they had a used one (should of known better) i ask the condition of the screen of the used one and the guy got agervated by my question, asking me what do you mean, so I said fine I'll take the used one, don't want cause a fuss. Couples days later recieved my lap top and there is a mark in the middle screen it is also acting funny with drive state failing all of a sudden i had this laptop for 2-3 years and i got it back this has happen. Proceed with caution with this place
