Rich is the best. I went in with an ailing shoulder and a nagging hip injury from weightlifting.
Rich pin pointed the issues with my form and offered suggestions of how I could avoid further injury.
He taped my shoulder (3 times to get it right) and I felt no pain when I went to train later that day.
As for my hip, he taught me how to preform a "cross lateral massage" on the tender area.
I have no more pain and I didn't miss a training session.
