I've been to this place twice. First time with a crowd of about 8 and second time just with my girlfriend. First time the food was great (but quite expensive) and service was good, until we paid the bill and waiter started complaining that we left 20% tips... The bill already included 15% tips and we left about $100 extra. The waiter came in and started asking what exactly we didn't like, hinting that the tip was not so good. When I pointed out that we left more than 20% he replied that first 15% goes to his boss and not him... Not sure if it is true on not but I don't see how his boss taking his tip should make me pay more. We've already paid about $160 per person for food, why should I pay another 15% to the boss???? After I explained why I have a problem with such bill he started talking to me in the most condescending, passive aggressive way I've ever been talked to... Now that I think about it, I wish I would have spoken to his boss and got my tip back.
The second time I've went there just with my friend and the food was slightly worse (still not bad though, but for that price could be better). Even through we got just few salads and 1 main course we still managed to spend $300. The music was nice though, so we did enjoy ourselves. However, I don't think we'll go there again. The food was not as good as other high end restaurants and entertainment value is not as fun as other places which do just entertainment. I mean they do have great singers and nice repertoire, but most of the dance floor is blocked by tables with guests.
