When all of our files got encrypted with crypto wall 3.0 I was devastated and thinking we may need to pay the stupid ransom to hopefully get the files back which included all of my 2 year old sons pictures and videos. I didn't want to pay the ransom so we found this company and boy did they deliver. Every step of the way if I had a question or needed reassurance they were there. Everyone I spoke with knew their stuff and were very professional and great. I am so happy that the were able to decrypt all of my files. It is pricey but the files that I could have lost were worth it. I would highly recommend this company.

They were absolutely on top of the process. I had no idea how private investigation works. My rep explained it in detail. After I hired them my custody case took a different turn.
