Prisca Nail

Very nasty attitude to customers. There nothing without customers. Need better customer service. I will never go there ever again.

I have been a loyal customer and have been coming here for two years. I have sent many customers here as well. I usually get a mani pedi but today I decided to give the dip powder a try. Mr. Lee the owner began doing my nails himself. He was very distracted looking elsewhere when doing my nails and doing them very sloppily. Many of my nails were different lengths and crooked and the bumpy. When I asked him to fix them he kept saying that he wasn't finished. He didn't even finish my nails and he sent me to get my pedicure. As I looked at my nails I was extremely unhappy and I told him so. He just kept insisting they weren't finished but the first thing that should perfected is the length of the nails and them being straight. I told him that I just wanted him to take it off. He stormed over with a nail clipper and yanked my hand for him to clip the nails off. After that I was completely livid. That was so rude and unprofessional and I told him I didn't want him to touch me any more. I paid for my pedicure and even tipped the girl who did it almost $10. I was drying my toes he and his wife began to argue with me because I refused to pay for the horrible job he did. He began screaming at me. Saying I was stupid and crazy in front of all of the customers. I am very disappointed that I can't go there anymore. But I cannot support an establishment with such horrible customer service because I didn't approve of horrible work and service.

I have been going to this Nail Salon for over 13 years; I love this place. Mr. Lee has upgraded his salon with cable on a big screen t.v., how many salons have that? The techs are damn good but most of them do not speak English well so there a struggle to communicate with them. The prices are decent and affordable and the techs are way better than any I have experienced in Manhattan (Tribeca). I would suggest to Mr. Lee is to expand to a bigger location on Allerton because the crowds can be a put off and to inform parents that if their children are not getting any type of service then they cannot stay there, it's not a day care!
