I have been a long-time customer of that business. Recently, we needed a change on our business card. Elliott who is working on the front desk dragged his feet with the job for a few weeks until he admitted that he wasn't going to do it. He didn't even bother to let us know as we had to call to find out. He was irritated and unpleasant on the phone. They lost my business.

Overall, we were very disappointed with this company, especially with the customer service from Elliot. After using this company for the last three years and having no issues, this most recent experience has been extremely poor. Our project was delayed months with no notification, no communication from Elliot or any other team member, and multiple proofs sent back and forth due to constant mistakes on their end. The overall quality of the calendars we ordered was sub par in comparison to previous years.
After finally receiving our calendars, every box was filled with an assortment of misprinted calendars of various mistakes. This made it very difficult to distribute the calendars to our customers. No effort was made to answer our concerns or address the situation. After multiple phone calls back and forth to Elliot with the promise of some kind of solution, nothing was resolved. He failed to return phone calls, emails, etc, and only responded after being contacted multiple times.
We would NOT recommend this company to anyone trying to complete a large project or for your printing needs. This was a waste of time and money for our company, and we will not be using them again.

absolutely worst customer service ever. I was told I would get my flyers by Monday the Wednesday prior. The weekend passed and when I called to check on my order they told me thursday. Another 3 days passed, and I called today, THURSDAY and they said they did not get confirmation and were too busy. They said during the summer they cannot handle all of their orders and they didn't know when my order would be done. after i complained that i should receive something free or a rushed order without being charged extra, they then told me that they just couldn't do it. very unprofessional and insensitive. not to mention rude.

I sent them a simple poster for a scan and reprint and was told in September that it was an easy job, no problem. They promptly charged me more than $70 and for 3 months I had to call over and over again to see what was happening. With every call I was told either someone was on vacation or sick or the office had been closed, etc, etc. After 2 months I was told it had been sent to me, but it hadn't. After another couple of weeks, my original poster was returned but they still hadn't sent me the new one I had paid for. When it finally arrived after 2 more calls, it was horrid, the color not even close to the original poster. After numerous more calls and me sending them a photo of the original and their reprint side-by-side, they said they'd get back to me. They never did. I called again and was told they would refund me only $17 of the more than $70 charged for the printing of the poster and the rest was for the scan and mailing charges. I DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY AND THEY OBVIOUSLY NEVER HAD ANY INTENTIONS OF CONTACTING ME AT ALL. THE WORK, WHEN IT WAS FINALLY DONE, WAS HORRID. I WOULD NEVER HAVE ANYTHING DONE AT THIS PLACE.

This is a great company where they print all what you want quickly without any kind problems. I recommend it because it's more effective than many other companies which offers you the same but being less effective.
