I feel bad that others seem to have had bad experiences... all business practices aside, my fiancé and I were SO happy with our engagement photos. We did not do a full wedding package—we only did an engagement shoot alone, which may be why we had an easier time coordinating everything. Our photographer Jason was excellent and the photos turned out beautiful. You can tell he had really expensive equipment and really knew how to retouch our photos well.
