Princess Nails

This place SUCKS. My nails chip a day after I get them done, and the filing for the acrylic gel tips are TRASH. They are rude. They are over priced as well. Over priced for such a crappy job. I am displeased

●THREADING: The woman at this salon was very rude and inexperienced. I have gotten my eyebrows threaded for several years. I tried this place out due to my living in another state but in Jersey a lot and needed an alternate spot. WRONG!!!! I've gone twice thinking I caught her on an off day. However the second time she was raking my skin and made me bleed. I immediately had her stop and began to explain to her how she can't rake my skin, that's not how its done and your hurting me. Well she began to be rude and nasty. So I raised my voice (because my tone must've said push over)! In hopes to make her aware that what a customer says matters and whatever I say to her she becomes the beneficiary of it! WELL NEVER AGAIN! I LEFT AND PAID HER NO MIND! PISSED AT 10 MINUTES I CAN'T GET BACK OF MY LIFE!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! My grandmother and I get our nails done here every other week (Gel and crystal sets). They do such an nice job and are not overly priced. You pay for what you get and it is amazing! Waiting time is not bad if you go on a day or time frame when it is not that busy. Too avoid wait time, I would make an appointment and they take you right away! Best place I've been to in a long time. They are very nice there too.

Just came to do my eyebrows here they did a good job but they are very rude.

Dirty - I had planned on getting a mani pedi. After waiting for 15 minutes with my feet soaking, one of the women who was eating in a nearby closet came over to start my pedicure. (If my friend wasn't already starting her gel manicure I would have left then). The women was careless and busy watching the TV. My friend said that the woman doing her nails spoke on the phone very loudly the entire time. I left promptly after my pedicure, I couldn't get out of there quick enough.
