- Terrible #42145

Well they don't get better with age. Had to purchase bases with a company that uses Prince to fulfill orders. Wanted my order shipped UPS, two weeks later I come to find out that they do not use UPS.. They need Fedex.. never a notification. ONLY after I freak out about not receiving the merchandise when promised. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO CONSIDERATION AND COULD CARE LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...‎‎ SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! SLOW SERVICE NO CUSTOMER APPRECIATION RIDICULOUS SHIPPING COSTS WAITED FOREVER FOR MY ORDER FOR OVER 10 WEEKS... TEN WEEKS!!!!! ONCE ORDER WAS RECEIVED IT WAS INCORRECT!! WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY.
