I had a great experience with PrimeStyle. I'm very indecisive when it comes to big purchases. So, when it came time to buy I was hesitant. I searched and searched and found a few things I liked. Called customer support and spoke to them for about 20 min regarding the products. They went up and down detailing the items I was interested in. Answered my questions a couple times and then said, " If your not comfortable buying, take a few days to think and call us back" I knew at that point they weren't in it just to make money, they cared about what they were selling... I called them back about a week later and bought this beautiful ring for my anniversary!! It was exactly as they said it would be... PERFECT!!!!
