Prime Time Early Learning Center

not a fan at all! its a very cold environment for my taste, Paninah the "education director" always complained of my child, when I brought the therapist in to help, she never implemented any of the helpful tips they recommended. then went back on her word, saying my child was fine. I dont get it...my child was bit twice with no incident reports filed. the only good thing about it, is its clean, spacious & there are decent activities, the assistants are constantly rotated so you dont know who will be taking care of your child...my child finally left & I am happy to have my child out of here. the staff needs to be revamped with more qualified people.

This place is the worst and I regret ever taking my child there. The Director Nicole has no clue what she is doing she was never there. The Education director Peninnah cant handle kids and has no clue on how to educate them. My child was 2 years old and was always at home so we were looking for a good school to help him learn, develop, and get used to a class room atmosphere with other kids. After visiting the school the assistant director Yasmin was very nice and after looking at the schools web site and reading the paper work they gave us we thought this was the place for our child. Boy were we wrong they talk a good game and make you believe that they are going to help your child develop and learn when in reality they're are just looking for a quick payday. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place for their kids.I thank God that they told me they couldn't handle my child there is a reason why he cried every time we dropped him off. If your looking for a good school for your child go to Les Enfants on the Palisades Park Fort Lee border. Its a great school with great teachers that actually care and want to help you child learn.

My family has had a very good experience with Prime Time Early Learning in Edgewater. My children were happy there and they were totally prepared when they started Kindergarten. Very caring teachers and staff. Would totally recommend Prime Time to other families!

Great staff that focus on children. They never have a staff to child that goes over 1 to 6. I like the smaller intimate classes that help instructors spend more quality time with the sometimes very needy students. It's an older building that could use a few cosmetic improvements but the physical size of the older style building was designed to hold much larger classes and more of them. This was an old catholic school that had many grades but now houses only pre k. I've tried a few in the area and they were cramped overcrowded and unjustifiably pricier than Prime Time. Look over the linoleum and give your kid the best environment in this area.

I sent my 1 year old baby to Primetime for 3 months(Apr.2014~Jul 2014). He was sick all the time since he went to daycare and even got 'hand foot mouse' disease from one of his classmates but it was severe so he had to drop. He only attended two days in July and we paid for a whole month and they did not give any of the tuitions back even we gave notice right after he got sick. I am ok with that.

Problem is that we contacted Primetime to get our deposit back at least 15 times and still haven't got it. It's been three months. Every time I call Jan(VP or supervisor), she said she will call me back and never got her return call. Many times she was on vacation or was not around. I am so sick of chasing them to give me the deposit and it is not big at all.

I called them this morning and spoke to Jan about that. She sounded really bothered and hung up after saying "will call you in 5 mins." but again never got her call back.

These people are not trustworthy at all and so glad my son is not going there anymore.

Only reason I sent my son there was that all other daycare around my area was full and had to wait for many months. No wonder why Primetime is not full.
