I park here everytime I am on the upper east side. The staff is nothing but kinda friendly and respectful people. You car is Always ready when you get back no need to wait and you Also get a car wash if asked ! .. The best not a lot of places do it such a great option.

Im biased. I hate paying for parking.

Do not park here. Damaged my car as well but I only noticed the big dent on the side bumper the next day. Unprofessional and much better places nearby.

Damage to my car with no assistance from the garage to resolve the issue and make the repair. Franz on 70th street is rude and the most unprofessional man ever! The parking Garage and managers are the worst .I picked up my car damaged and they are avoiding calls, e-mails to resolve the damage.
Do not ever park your car with them, they are rude , dishonest and unprofessional
