We have worked with Mike Sweebe on a project and are in the process of another one - he's very creative, talented and detail oriented, not to mention just a super nice guy! His knowledge of all the recent trends and materials makes him a very valuable member of any design and/or build team!

It is very big for like storage things

We used Prime Draft Studio for plans for our 2 story addition and renovation and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Mike Sweebe at Prime Draft Studio was a true professional. He was very easy to work with and listened to what we wanted to incorporate our ideas. He had great ideas as well for our basement/kitchen/master bath addition and garage addition, and worked closely with our builder to accomplish our goals. He was also reasonably priced, and he made himself available as needed, even after the drawings were complete and construction started. I highly recommend him.

We are wrapping up a project with Mike Sweebe at Prime Draft Studio. We have moved out of the architect phase and are in the construction phase. The renovation included a downstairs kitchen/great room/bathroom, and the expansion of our upstairs to include a new bedroom and enlarged bathroom. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Mike provided deliverables when promised, answered questions immediately, and came in exactly on budget. Above and beyond, we love his work. He went above and beyond - including creating a beautiful presentation which he stood in front of our town's historic commission with (we passed with flying colors despite sitting through numerous presentations that did not).
