Have used them twice in past couple of years...Most recently yesterday, June 22...I called and they were there within a couple of hours. Removed old unit and installed new one in under a half an hour..Now I'm freezing and thats a good thing !....Highly recommend them.

The worse , nastiest people I have ever dealt with. Ordered a in wall unit a/c in March so that the work would all be done before the summer. Weeks, months passed by and I never heard from Prime. Being I was having a large wedding at my house in July I started to call in May to get a nasty woman on the phone who told me she had no idea when my A/C unit would be delivered from Fredrichs to there store. Never once did they call me to keep me posted..I explained to both owners the urgency of getting these a/c units in before summer and they just pushing the blame on Freidrich's and the company that delivers. Today June 11th, I called again to get the nasty lady who again said she had no idea when my unit was coming...I called Freidrich's and explained what was going on. They told me that they never make anyone wait months for a delivery and that they would call Prime and find out what was going on. freidrichs manager called me back and said that Prime would not pick up the phone and they called twice...they said we should go to another vendor because this is not the way they work. Called Prime back and told them I called Friedrichs..they told me to go somewhere else and that it was not there job to call me to let me know the updates of my order ...REALLY?? DO NOT USE THEM..they are rude unproffessional and unreliable.

Prime did a great job installing a new air conditioner to replace a former unit. The installers were knowledgeable and courteous. A cover was also purchased to cover the ac off season. It is refreshing to find old fashion values and service.

I had an old carrier installed by Prime Air about 26 years ago. Finally died. Called them up and they came in 2 days to remove the old unit and install another in the same hole. The hole needed to be altered and they did an unbelievable job. Great job guys!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Prime AirConditioning. They are coutious, respectful of my property and fair. They installed 3 wall units for me and each one is installed better then the next. I never would have imagined it could look so nice. They removed 2 old units and made the holes perfect for the new units then did a new hole for the 3rd really big unit. They cleaned when they were finished, didn't charge me to remove the old units. I mean, they understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. They got the biggest tip I ever gave, my wife yelled at me but they saved me so much work and time. Great Job Prime!!!! Happy in NHP!!!!!
