Worst place to be here!!
Management is so poor, they called me at 1:30PM and I meet doctor @5:30PM.
Takes co-pay at entry so cant even change mind to leave the place.
Sitting with sick people feel me more sick. All they need is some good management at desk.

i had a great expience in this office. i do not mind waiting to be seen. their office not only does appointments but they have a million things going on but RUDE patients do not understand that. they must think this is a drive thru office and assume they can get in and out one two three. i just hated the fact i had to sit in a waiting room with such RUDE patients who don't understand that they need to wait their turn. the girls at the window have no fault. but they always get blamed.the reason they may seem miserable at that window is due to the rudeness of patients. i highly recommend this office. the staff is lovely if you are nice to them, especially the girls at the window.

I've been to this clinic several times, UNTIL THIS HAPPENED: I usually saw the older male doctor with dark skin, he was great, BUT, last time I went there I came with a cold. I spent 3 and a half hours in the waiting room and ended up with a different doctor. This doctor told me he wanted to run a myriad of tests from cholesterol, CBC, hormone function, reactive protein, and Rheumatiod Arthritis. In which he tried to get me to do THAT day. I am 24 and I came in with a cold. To top that off he openly suggested commiting insurance fraud. I left without taking and tests and I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. EVER.

This place is down the street for me so I thought it would be a benefit to me being so close; I had a slight fever, headache and cough so I took the day off and went to Primary Care Medical Group. The doctor saw me and said I was basically "OK" and I was given a prescription for a cough syrup, charged and sent on my way. The next day I woke up with a 101 fever, chills, headache / body ache, coughing and runny nose. I then had to diagnose myself and prescribe myself over the counter drugs for my symptoms. I ended up taking an additional 3 days off from work. I never felt so swindled in my life before, what was the point of going there? " To get ripped off ! ! ! "
