First of all I know that guy is the landlord, and is mad because he can't find anyone to occupy that horrible lot and he did pay rent. That other guys probably didn't pay in full or the part he ordered needs to be back ordered. Never had a problem with these guys. One of the best tuners on the East coast and as long as you pay them you're work will be complete in an orderly fashion.

Guy is scammer - Closed shop didn't pay rent, was evicted.
