Not the type of person to take the time to write about a place unless i have such a great experience. So by writing here, those who know me know that I had experienced such positive results that i thought it worth my time to say so...Took my car repair to Pribits from several friends' recommendations and they were all correct! Now i owe them a dinner because they saved me some money and i received quality work beyond my expectation. Too bad i didn't take before and after photos. While waiting there, i saw the place was quite busy. That's a good sign! It almost felt like grand central station. Okay, maybe not quite that busy...But i am a people watcher and noticed that about 7 customers who came and went for various reasons were all equally serviced with great customer service and genuine concern. 37 years in biz and that speaks for itself. I know, i've been around Pribits for 35 years and my neighbors all say the same thing! Not that i want to get into any more fenderbenders! But have to say that i was quite impressed with the workmanship and he addressed any and all concerns with diligence and accomodating! According to his conversations with the insurance company, he exhibited his expertise in the industry and felt confident that i was at the right place. Not sure what happened to others here but can't believe this is the same man! Sometimes people wake up on the wrong side of the bed and just hard to deal with! You know the types! Anyway, i've become a regular at Pribits not as a customer only but just a place to stop by and chat! That's how much i appreciate his services! And every time i do, there is another customer doing the same thing! This autobody is built on great service and reputation and i'd recommend it to others! Such personalize service, he even does estimates at your home or place of biz amongst others! He knows cars and industries as he used to do autobody himself and still takes continuing ed courses in the industry! Just stop by and talk to Pribits! You'll be impressed!

I bring my car there because I am new to town. I drop it off and wait to have my insurance adjusters arrive to diagnose the problem and give the auto body shop the goahead to order parts. some parts were already ordered - 25% restocking fee. Was told I would not be charged for storing the car there - ended up paying 50$ for two days storage. Charged $60 bucks just to look at the car. He was beating around the bush, over charging me for things he did not even know the cost of, ordered parts for an undiagnosed car and almost fought my insurance adjuster. I immediately had the car towed off the lot and I will recommend this shop to NOBODY. IT SUCKS. If I was allowed to rate this NO STARS I would but I cant :(

I took my car there to get it fixed. They seemed like alright people being in business for 30 years and all. As soon as I pulled my car off their lot, the paint started chipping. It came off in flakes, I don't even think they used a priming coat. (I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure this is necessary.) Scratches were still noticeable and the bill was still quite high, with no offer to fix what they didn't do right the first time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
