The food is delicious. I particularly like their Chicken Avocado Sandwich. The baguette is the best. The chocolate croissant is yummm!!!

I used to visit the London and New York locations frequently but I think the food quality has slipped considerably. Many of the sandwich combinations available just sounded plain bad - I eventually ordered some chicken sandwich concoction that was very heavy on mayo, a strange mixture of different elements, all served on soggy bread for $8. I took two bites and threw it in the trash. The service is factory-like and efficient but also rushed and not very friendly. I was hoping to try their classic "All Day Breakfast" and "Christmas" sandwiches but it looks like the unique sandwich combinations they used to serve are all gone.
