If I could give no stars I would. Do not buy extended warranty like I did. The company took my money and never purchased it. After going back and forth for more then 4 months they finally issued my warranty. My vehicle has yet to have its problem fixed because they couldn't hear the original noise I heard because I now need new front tires and an alignment. They wanted to charge me full price to fix something that could have been avoided. When I spoke to them this morning they said they would cover the cost of alignment if I paid for tires. I had no problem with that but when I went to pick it up they told me the agreement was for $50 off. They then decided to take half off. Can't believe the horrible customer service. After what had initially happened would have thought they would try to make some sort of amends for the complete inconvenience and aggravation they have caused me.
