Beautiful building- horrible service. Thank you Samantha for clearing up this issue for me.
Went in for a quote Saturday 11th. I left, and was supposed to receive that quote in my email in less than ten minutes... Nothing...
Checked everyday for a few days and, Nothing....
I then called back and was transferred to the guy who "helped" me and it went to voicemail. I left a clear and detailed voicemail. I began checking my email for this quote that was supposed to take 2 minutes, and nothing. Saturday the 18th, I called back again and the customer service lady that answered the phone was able to send it to me right while we were on the phone.
I think they should switch her to be the sales/accounts person and put him as a janitor or something.
I have the quote but I definitely won't be going there if they can't get a simple "2 minute" quote right, who knows what types of issues will pop-up if I actually get my car serviced there.

If it was at all possible to allot 0 stars I would have. 3 months ago today, I was rear ended in a round-a-bout. I was told my car would take approximately two weeks to be fixed so I waited the two weeks and called the center. Basically, every time I asked for Joe (the man in charge of my car), I was told he was out to lunch or with another customer. I left a number and not once did I receive a call back. It was a complete hassle to even get in contact with Joe. As we currently stand, I am still waiting for my car after 12 weeks. I was told my parts had been on back order and that is why it was taking so long. I am certain no part is on back order for 12 weeks, as that is just an absurd excuse to buy time and work on other cars as opposed to mine. I received a call from Joe earlier this week telling me that my car would finally be ready by Friday, but then in the next breath, he said that he did not want to disappoint me further so said Saturday. Shockingly enough, after calling today (Friday) to check the status of my car, I was told it would now be ready next Tuesday. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received and I strongly recommend no one even consider putting their car here unless they'd like to be lied to. I should also point out that after 2.5 months they did rent out a car to me, however, I am still paying for my lease on a car that should have been done 10 weeks ago.

Had a excellent experience with Prestige Collision. Repaired my brand new, seriously damaged BMWX1 perfectly. It looked like it just came out of the showroom when they were done. Ed Dasilva, my Prestige Collision advisor, took great care to make sure that every detail was handled and kept me informed during the process (which took too long because BMW did not have some the parts in stock for this new model - not Prestige's fault).
I can recommend Prestige Collision Center without any hesitation.

My car has been here for over 60 days for a rear end collision that should not have taken longer then 25 days to fix. My insurance advisor has followed up with me more then Prestige. I am beyond belief frustrated I would never use or suggest prestige collision to anyone. They take more vehicles then they can handle. There staff has the worst customer service with updates on when the vehicle was to be done. Very disappointed with the service they provide in repairing a vehicle. Do business with prestige collision at your own RISK!!!
