I was rear-ended and I was recommended to take my car to Prestige. I was immediately greeted by friendly Tommy. He reassured me about the work he will do and how it will be done. I asked for non after-market parts,and he guaranteed BMW parts. I met with Charlie, who was in charge of my repairs, and he was just as friendly and reassuring as Tommy was. As the repairs went underway, I was informed of the progress of the work being done, what parts are being put in, and estimated time to completion. Later they found rust in my quarter panel, which Charlie had emailed pictures to me to reaffirm the repairs that needed to be done. He quoted me an incredibly agreeable price for the work that needed to be done. After all the repairs were done and all my fears were put to rest, Charlie and Tommy both met with me to go over all the repairs that were done to my car, the feel of the quarter panel rust repair and guaranteed a lifetime warranty on the paint job along with the job they had done. I STRONGLY suggest that if there are any repairs that need to be done with your car, you take it to Prestige Auto Body. They do great work and they make sure you know what they're doing exactly to your car. Honest, and kind!

Love their new shop very clean and updated place. Ive been coming here for years even before the new owner took over...i just recently brought my bmw in for a bumper repair and i got to say it is spotless!! I would surely recommend this place for any of your future work. They even have a waiting room.

Being a women and going around to auto places i often get the run around or get blown off however with prestige auto it was completly opposite!! Not only is the owner very nice and informative but so are all the workers. After my repair was done Tommy even walked me into their shop and showed me exactly what was repaired and how it was done. I would deffinilty be going back

This place did a fantastic job!!!! I Would for sure recommend this shop to anyone looking for great quality and great workmanship. Brought my car here after an accident, the car looks better then ever.....they even washed it inside and out. No complaints here!

Excellent customer service. They were very informative and the waiting area was nice and clean. the whole process was stress free. When the job was completed the owner even walked me into the shop and explained what they exactly did to my car.... I Had a super positive experience and would definitely use them again for additional car needs in the future
