I had a really bad experience with this car wash. And why I'm saying really bad because when you take a membership with them it means you can have a car wash what their schedule which is from 8 a.m. till 7 p.m... second thing their workers are not cleaning car inside so good either. They don't even take out the floor mats to vacuum the floor under the mats. And 3rd I came to this car wash one day 15 minutes before the closing time and didn't let me have a car wash even having a membership with them. 4th I came 2 Days in a row even having a membership with them didn't let me have a car wash again just because the first day on July 18th 2016 when I went there time was 6:30 p.m. and they were already closed because of rainy weather. Then July 19th 2016 I reached there at 6:45pm they had the entrance lane closed at the very beginning to the lot. I ask the outside workers it's still 15 minutes to closing they argue with me and then I went to the cashier told her she also refused to let me get the car wash. Just because they had only four car's inside in lane already. They make their own rules and then don't even following their own rules. That's shame. And that same day I cancelled my membership with them and never will spend my money at this place.

Not bad for the monthly deal. Just wish they hire more responsible people for the vacuum.

I had to finish cleaning it my self. All panels where still dusty. Outside was ok. Is not the first time. Too bad the reception person was nice.

I had a horrible experience with this car wash. On January 16th they dried the car behind mine and never touched mine. then they whistled and said move. I told them it is still drilling wet and the bumper was full of soap. that girl said well someone else will clean it. 2 girls then came and washed 1 window and whistled and said "move truck". still the truck was dripping wet and soap on the bumper I said "can you see?" she said "other girl do". then another girl started drying whistled and said move. I pointed to the truck full of soap on the bumper and told her to just give me the towel. I had to dry my own truck. and the funny thing is I pay a monthly fee here. I asked to speak to the manager and they said he is not there asked me what happened took my number down and said he would call me. Monday, January 18th I went back asked for the manager they said he is not there so I told cancel my membership. I signed the cancellation and they showed me that they attached my complaint to the cancellation form and said they will have the manager call me. today, February 9th I check my account and they debited me $37.40 for my monthly fee that I had cancelled last month. I called asked to speak to the manager and after several attempts a guy named Oliver came on the phone claiming he is the manager. I explained the situation he never apologized for not calling me. I told him I need credit back to my account because it should have never been taken out. he said are you sure you signed the cancellation paper. They are horrible with customer service, with washing and drying cars. Why are they even still in business???

Would never recommend this car wash to anyone. I had really bad experience. I took monthly service package from them. Used one month. And right before they were deduct my credit card for next month( 7 days ago), i asked them to cancelled my service. They said we cannot do it on phone and you will have to come personally. I sent my wife their same day and she filled cancellation form to cancel and they said its been cancelled successfully. After some days i found they charge my credit card for next month fee. I went their with the bank statement and ask them to refund my money. they said we will take care of it and you will get your money back in next 7 days. I waited for 1 week. Still no sign of money. Since then, i have visited them 4 times in 4 months, they never gave my money back. These stupid people can not understand that take $26 from me, they are not gonna become millionaire. instead they are gonna loose their customers. They don't clean the car properly until you ask them specifically to do so.
