Purchased a groupon from them. Called for an appointment. Told to wait two weeks because they couldn't handle 600 groupons that were purchased and were short staffed. Waited for three weeks till my time came and upon arrival was told that the guy who took my appointment got fired and I am not on the list. I was told to either wait for 3 hours or so or reschedule for another week or so. When I asked the owner to give me a substitute service of a higher value he said it will cost $200 and he will subtract the value of the groupon $59 from the price, which did not make sense because there is no gain of applying a groupon. He replied that he is not making money out of groupons and would need to make bucks out of me and then he asserted it is a fair deal. I walked out with much frustration and asked groupon for my refund because there is no way to make things happen in this place.
Place needs to hire a good management and re-evaluate their business model.
