If I could give this place a no star I would.. plus make you read all comments before you waste your time with this place. My husband I were looking at cars and stumbled on a forester from this place. Great price. OK call them called 3 days in a row and text the phone number above and the person didn't return the call or message. Probably the first indication not to do it well we finally message and said if he would let us know how many miles it had we would come up and buy it so if message us back. OK wed we hear from MD to go buy the car 3 hrs away get there at 10:00 and the person still not there. Call them 3 time still nothing. Finally the roll up at noon. My husband goes in and talks about the following car the guy say they have taken it to a auction. I'm were here to buy it so the guy calls his buddy and tell him to come back he tells us that he's on his way back and we decide to go get lunch we come back 3 hours later only to find out that the man never had intentions of coming up and bringing the car back to us so we could have been any place else to buy another car be aware of this guy.. they will hassle you for every penny that you get. And its more than likely you will not end up with the car. its in a shady area don't believe what they say

I bought a car December 26 2015. The battery of the car needed to be replaced and the latch of the hood was broken. The battery was replaced and I was told the latch of the hood was fixed. Raphael Ariguzo the owner guaranteed me the car was good to drive. January 4th driving home from work the hood of the car flew open damaging the wind shield and hood. Fortunately there were no other cars around me at the time, because it could have been a major accident. January 7th after multiple attempts to contact Mr. Ariguzo via cellphone, which goes straight to voicemail with instructions to text him instead, I finally get to meet with him at his place of business. I explain to him what happened and that I could have killed someone and him and all his associates laughed. Who in their right mind laughs at a car accident that results in the death of someone? He than tells me he told me to fix the latch. He never told me to fix the latch of the hood, he told me it was fixed. He than says my warranty does not cover the damage. What warranty? I never received a warranty from the dealership listing anything the dealership does or does not cover. He than says the warranty is written on the receipt, but there is nothing but what I payed, what I owe and our signatures. I than ask for my money back and I am told all sales are final. That is fine, but I only paid 1100$ on a 1600$ car and still owe a balance of 500$, the title of the car is still in Mr. Ariguzo's name, which makes the sale still pending not complete. When I explained this to Mr. Ariguzo he still refused to give me my money back. I have reported his business to the BBB and I am in the process of seeking my money through small claims court. BUYER BEWARE If you choose to buy from this dealer get everything he says he fixed in WRITING and ask for a written WARRANTY. Hopefully this review helps the next person who walks into Prestige Auto Group.

Please do yourself a huge favor and do not waste your money in this junk yard disguised as a used car dealership. They do bait and switch. They sell cars that have problems. They have fake warranties on the cars they sell. If you just stick around long enough another unhappy client will return to complain about the car they bought at this junk yard. I wish there was a review on this place before I blew a whole lot of hard earned cash. Walk away. Save your money and spend it in a reputable place or you might even have better luck on the internet. I am not trying to put them out of business. I am simply trying to help the community who comes here to buy a used car from buying a junk cars.
