So IDK who the hell your secretary is (who makes minimum wage) chastising me on the phone about who I am and why my name doesn't show up on the caller ID...I asked to speak with Diane or the Dr., she replied with who are you and what business do you have with them? Well if your name was on the building or door, or if you had any position of authority....or even if you made more than minimum wage, I would gladly ask you to be a part of the meeting. Since your irrelevant and have no pull, do your job, watch your tone on the phone...cause the way you spoke to me, I should be making a few phone calls that will address your attitude...and get me to someone who makes decisions on whether you have a job or not....Ridiculous that a secretary is talking to anybody that way on the phone and costing them a lot of business!
