Rarely do I go out of my way to complain about an establishment but this place has really pushed me over the edge...

I visited the location and needed to hold a spot for my son. I told them that I wasn't sure if I was going to enroll my son but I wanted to hold the spot.

They wanted a check for the rest of May's tuition plus a $300 registration fee and another $100 fee. The total they asked for was $1176. I thought that was a lot but I was starting a new job soon and I really needed to find a place for my son. I wrote the check but I told them NOT TO CASH IT UNTIL I CALLED THEM THE NEXT MORNING TO CONFIRM.

I gave them a check in the late afternoon. They didn't wait for my phone call and cashed it the next morning. I called them telling them not to cash it first thing in the morning but it was too late. I asked for a refund.

A month later I realized I never got the refund. I called and they said they would drop it off at my house since I was at work and couldn't pick it up.

Two months after that I remembered that I still didn't receive the payment. I called and they told me they went to drop it off at my house but I didn't have a mailbox.

It was three months. They never called me telling me anything and I had filled out all sorts of paperwork. THey had my number the number of my parents and my address. Yet no phone calls were made AND to top it all off they refuse to give me back my money in full and deducted $100 for some BS fee. I TOLD THEM NOT TO CASH THE CHECK. THEY TOOK 1176 FROM ME FOR NOTHING FOR THREE MONTHS!

I went with another preschool that only needed $310 for my son to go there and didn't cash the check the morning after even though she could of because I never told her not to.

I want my $100 back. I am sorry your staff does not answer the sentence "I am not sure if I want to enroll my son here so please do not cash the check until I call."

Go somewhere else people. Please

Physically and emotionally abusive. Poorly trained staff. Totally unprofessional. We loved them at first until they were taken over by Preschool of America and the competent teachers were removed.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I'm extremely happy I made the decision to place my one year old in this school. Not only are the teachers friendly and caring but the cirriculum is exactly what my little one needs for his age. He is thriving and happy. Each day my son is greeted by his name by almost all of the teachers. The fact that they know each child's first name tells you that they are very attentive and involved. The school is clean and the atmosphere is fun.

I put my 3 year old daughter from Tutor Time to PreSchool of America because of several reasons. Tuition and location. My wife and I thought it would have been a challenging transition but was completely surprised how happy she was. The teachers are excellent and caring and I feel more comfortable than ever before. My daughter is very involved and truly enjoys the environment. The activities and curriculum are rewarding. After Tutor Time, this school is like a breath of fresh air. I do not worry and my wife feels confident that this was the best choice for our daughter.
There was an issue trying to get her in the school but was immediately worked out. Yes, there are asians, but in my daughter's class, it is diverse. Besides, who cares? We have worse situations in this country to be concerned about than more asians attending daycare.
On a final note, we will update in several months the experiences and concerns my daughter will face and share positive and negative feedback for all.

My daughter has attended this school for a year and she loves it. She greets her teachers with hugs and laughter everyday and she is extremely happy. I wish it was not so expensive though, they raised tuition to a thousand dollars a month for 1 year olds and I do not think it will stay at that amount. That is the only drawback! But they feed her at least 4 times a day and if you are late the fees are nominal. I am very happy with her care, cleanliness and the atmosphere.
