I had a terrible experience with Premier Urology and would never recommend anyone see them. The wait was horribly long. The appointment was made for the wrong reason - on their end. I explained the situation and why I was calling very clearly when I made the appointment. The staff had no personality and were largely absorbed in daytime soap operas and personal conversations while patients spent hours in the waiting room. The doctors are even worse. Trying to get questions answered is impossible. Avoid at all costs.
