Premier Parking Port Liberty Cruise Parking

These guys were great and went above and beyond! As other have mentioned, it can be tricky to find the lot. Follow the signs and you will be fine and once you are there it is just a short shuttle ride to the cruise terminal. Due to a blizzard our ship had to stay at sea an extra day and we had no idea what to expect when we docked. The shuttle was ready and waiting, the lot had been plowed and over a foot of snow had kindly been cleaned off our car at no charge. Thank you for a pleasant end to our vacation.

No signs or directions on how to get there. it's behind a storage place in an unsecured lot surrounded by trucks and trailers. The "parking attendant" was a guy in a durag, sitting in a truck. The local number for customer service doesn't pick up. Waited over an hour for the shuttle to the terminal, I can't imagine what will happen when we return. I'll definitely just use the cruise terminal parking next time.

Pros: Price?; Fairly close (10 min drive from lot)

Cons: Finding the place was difficult (not well marked); Only three vans running that fit about 10 people total with luggage. We waited for about 30-35 min after parking in hot sun to get into a shuttle. No shade except under a semi-trailer in a neighboring lot. Porta potty for your convenience in the meantime; Once we returned we waited for at least 30 minutes (along with dozens of other unhappy folks) before making other arrangements (Uber) to get to the lot ourselves. No answer on the phone line during the entire time. Who knows when the van finally showed. When asked if this was normal a porter noted that it certainly was and the they've tried to get Premier kicked out in the past however Premiere sued the port to allow them to continue to operate. When we arrived to the lot (by our own last minute arrangements) one gentlemen was moving cars from the self-park so as not to block exit. We asked where the vans were and he said ("Yeah, they're always late. They should be sending them out soon"). I can only imagine how long people waited since that would have been upwards of 45 min to an hour for the first vans to show (much longer if you weren't right in front).

In short, it doesn't appear as this was a one-time issue. I'd happily pay a few extra dollars for something I can depend on.

Highly recommend. We received an email with a promotional code, booked in advance and received a confirmation email. We located the parking lot I believe with no issues (this is our third time using Premier, but I don't recall any issues in the past). We were immediately directed where to park, exited our vehicle and got on line with our luggage. Promptly a passenger van arrived and there was an attendant asking how many in our party to get us on the shuttle. The driver loaded up our luggage swiftly, we boarded, he was friendly,courteous and drove safely. We arrived at the port and our luggage was immediately unloaded, he directed us, told us where to line up on the return trip and we were on our way. That exact experience has happened every time. The return trip was equally as efficient. I would use Premier again.

The lot is a little difficult to find. Small sign outside a gate of an empty office building. Lot located behind. Other than that - everyone was very kind and informative. Drivers were helpful and courteous. Very timely! I would definitely use them again. Larry
