Great service thanks !

I bring my car to the service department at Premiere Ford/Lincoln, and have never had anything besides a pleasant experience. What another mechanic told me was unfixable with my car, this service department was able to fix. They had patience when it came to figuring out the issue, and made sure that my car was safe to be on the road again. While I've had to wait a while for repairs, I was appreciative that their attention to detail is always a permanent solution, and the waiting area is very comfortable. I would recommend this dealership/service department.

Premier Ford/Lincoln has been a terrific experience for the six years I have driven a Ford or Lincoln. The dealership and service area are very convenient to me. The sales force has been attentive and so glad for my return business. The service area has been great on all counts. The service people taken care of any regularly scheduled service and any concerns I have had quickly and completely. They have also improved the waiting area, so if I decide to wait for my vehicle I am very comfortable. In addition to that I love my Lincoln MKX, so I am a satisfied customer.

Total waste of time. I'm fairly young and been working over 60 hours a week. I've been shopping around for a drivers car for few months now, Figured I could get mustang for less before new body comes out. The online sales rep. kept calling me and writing emails so I scheduled a test drive. When I came, nothing is ready all cars baked up in the back. Of-course no manuals for a test drive, I said automatic would be fine, but I will not purchase an automatic. Talked about price and he puts 2 grand more on the base mustang then I was getting in other dealership, The Dealer disappeared I saw him talk to other customer in the garage for 15 minutes, came back saying they don't have any dealer plates to test drive a car. Tells me I should take the offer I got from the other dealership, Total waste of time.

Later that day I went to bay ridge with the offer I had from the Manhattan auto-group for 22.2k he said he could take off $200 but cant go any lower then that. but it was a lot nice experience and treated me with more respect then premier. I still got a week on $3000 off intensives. Will stop by one more place. Most people need to have a car for their commute or cant resist their urge to get something new and shiny, I just want a manual drivers car for recreation when I wont need to work so hard, I work hard and log hours for my money I see no reason to pay more just because dealers like premier want to make additional profit by putting on higher numbers out of thin air.

Dont buy or service your car at Premier!!!
I bought a brand new f150 ecoboost and have brought it to service 6 times. The truck has less then 12,000 miles on it. They refuse to aknowledge any the issues that I am having even the obvious and say nothing is wrong. Worst service ever! They said they changed my oil but didnt. They ripped my speaker! They scrached my steering wheel when checking alignment! So far they have damaged my wheecle more then they fix it.
If there are people who want to take them to court like I am please contact me.
