I'm coming from a different service center in Brooklyn were they think there smarter then everybody

seeing how this plays out. should be good, to be continued.

Had a few little problems with my new 2015 vehicle and one of the guys (a yong man) gave me very good service!
They fixed everything very quick. Even gave me a vehicle for the day because I didn't want to miss work!

Upon entering this dealership, the receptionist was very friendly. I was immediately greeted by a sales manager who introduced me to a salesman, Uriel Nektalov. The salesman, Uriel Nektalov, was extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the ford Explorer Limited. He was excellent on communication and informed me that I can order the vehicle and it will be made with every feature that I desire including picking the color. He stayed in contact and updated me regarding my special order and the date of arrival. This was the third Ford Dealership I went to and the only dealership that I would even buy my car from. The other two dealerships were terrible. When I picked up my car, Uriel, explained everything to me and gave me his card. He told me to come back as many times as I needed and he had no problem explaining the features to me as many times as I needed. This dealership was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever encountered.

I've always been pleased with their service. Never any surprises.
