I purchased my 2016 Titanium Ford Escape in Sept, This review is past due. I will say upon our arrival the staff was welcoming & friendly, The sales man Frank was awesome- very sincere & knowledgable but unfortunately the Mgr or Asst Mgr ( dont recall his exact title ) Didnt leave me with a good feeling. The car was promised on the next day but when we got there it was still on its way from upstate NY. We appreciated the Mgr found the exact one we wanted but what was disappointing is the car was being driven by another employee obviously using up miles on my brand new car!..why couldn't they tow it!??. Needless to say I wasn't happy even more upsetting the Mgr /Asst Mgr didn't offer any discount for that, he apologized several times for the delay. I finally drove off 4hr later. I would recommend Frank to anyone purchasing a car there but I would not deal with whomever the Mgr or assistant Mgr was that insisted we were getting a good deal but wouldn't offer any other discount for miles used on a brand new car. I don't like leaving negative reviews I too am in the service / sales business and we get reviews also. It's only right that the owner of this dealership knows the service his employees are providing. We visited several dealerships before turning back to this one. The first time we went Frank left us with a good feeling so we decided to go back to give him the sale. Too bad one person can change a review from 5 to 3 stars, Frank deserves the5 stars.

Henry and Ted are amazing!!! They truly make it happen for you in the most smoothest way possible. I am grateful for their expertise and their hospitality in their place of business. Best buying experience yet!

This is the most nasty dealership ever on this planet the worst service ever you cannot get to any advisor on the phone whatsoever every time someone else's out on a day off there always shortstaffed My tire is been there for a week now I cannot get an answer when it's even going to be done

If you are not sure what you are looking for in a car, then don't come here.. some to a Ford dealership with good reviews, and with no complaints.. this one has stupid salesmanship here, and they will only show you down in getting the car you want... PEACE AND LOVE!!!!
