Dispatcher was extremely rude in even the simplest of tasks like asking the address. Finally she asks me a question which I could barely make out (her strong accent) and when I asked her to repeat it, she huffs "ugh Nevermind" and left me on a 10 minute hold till I finally hung up

WOW THE DISPATCHERS ARE SO RUDE I WAS NOT DONE TALKING SHE ALREADY HANGED UP THE PHONE WHY DONT THE BOSS DO SOME THING ABOUT THIS THESE WOMEN HAVE NO PHONE ETIQUETTE I. DRIVER PICK ME UP N IS PICKING UP OTHER PEOPLE WHILE IM IN THE BACK OF HIS CAB WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE

Called before 8 pm on December 23rd and a rude girl picked up and hung up on me when i was trying to help my uncle figure out where we wanted to go. I called right back and she lied and told me that they were now closed, which seems extremely convenient and the online service says that its a 24 hour service. I know this is NY but this is taking rudeness to another level! Is there no simple human decency anymore?! Happy holidays and my family will not be using this service again!
