TERRIBLE! I had got in a car accident up the street and ended up using the for convenience. He really pushes for insurance $ and now I know why-He's a scam. Got my Mazda 3 fixed with him and he promises me the "best quality." Should have known he was liar from day 1 when someone almost kicked his ass for his lack of quality job on his car. When we had mix up between the insurance co, he called me 5x a day threatening that he was going to start charging me when the agent wouldn't get back to him according to his time. I visited him multiple times and he would never be available yet he would ask me to come down repeatedly to the shop. Wtf? The best is when I finally got my car back and the misery was over, only find out that the paint started chipping two weeks later. Are we serious?! He took $4,000 in insurance money. He's a scam. You're money and sanity aren't worth the hassle with this bull.

This place is great I was stuck in nyc and had to get to va. I couldn't afford the work needed and they knocked off a significant amount so I could. Courteous, respectful, and fast working. I recommend this place for anyone who needs tires or other work done in staten island.

Oh these people did not have the courage to own up to their mistake. It was impossible have a civil conversation and a solution about the problem they created. The employee there was rude. I felt so frustrated for trusting them. You can only learn so please DO NOT use their low quality services. All those signs are only to flash your eyes. They don't stand by their work "it is not their problem" and " you are only wasting their time" if you have a complain. Please if you had a extremely bad and costly experience file a complain with the business bureau so we can add more complains and someone can look into how they practice business.

Randomly found this mechanic about a year ago. Seriously may be the only honest shop on Staten Island. Serviced my brakes/rotors, calipers, alignment, etc in the past year. High quality service and gives better prices (I shopped around). Highly recommend this shop!
