WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! The office staff was rude, incompetent and condescending. The physical therapist Alex Gomentz was more concerned about what he would be paid by the insurance company than helping anyone. They should know if they are par with an insurance company they have agreed to their payments before having someone com in and treat them as sub-par patients. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A PROLETARIAT.
