If I could give less than a star, I would. Do not under any circumstances visit these people. Not only did my doctor apply zero percent of his education to my diagnosis, I'm on the line for tests I did not authorize or agree to (200+ AFTER insurance), and we're talking STD tests for a sore throat, which was the reason for my visit. I foolishly gave this facility a chance when I couldn't make it into work and I've regretted it for the last 4 months as I'm fighting these charges!
A little icing on the cake, when I asked whether my insurance would cover the basic vitamin deficiency tests I was told I was getting (which my work facility covers 100%) they assured me I would. The rude little girl that took my samples wouldn't tell my where to place my sample cup and answered her cell phone AND TALKED ON IT while I was giving blood and yelling at me to "Move ya fingas!" Because blood wasn't coming out of my arm (the needle was WAY too far in). After this charming session I left but not before she walked away and walked in on an older patient who was trying to give a urine sample and left the door wide open for me to see, which I'm sure was humiliating. I gave the samples in house which is on record, but they deny it was their administration.
The place was disgusting, the staff rude, and the operation fradulent; avoid at all costs.
