Horrible.....the phone is awful as well as the practice. If the operation is run so poorly you can expect the medical practice and care is just as bad. Run don’t walk away!

I am writing this review after waiting for several hours on the phone on hold to try to get test results from this clinic for the 3rd time in 3 weeks. Both prior times I had been on hold for several hours. I cannot even get through to the clinic to make a complaint- because I am left on hold. I cannot make an appointment because I cannot get through on the phone to make an appointment. The clinic does not accept walk-ins, so I cannot physically go there to get my test results.

STAY AWAY.
