Preferred Dental Care

Amazing experience! For many years I was scared to visit a dentist and was always afraid of getting inappropriate care, but it all changed since I found this office. The staff is very professional, the care is excellent and really gentle, and the results are outstanding!

Omg, So I go to my appointment at 10am, which they call and reminded me the day before, sign in, one girl got my file another came and took it, went to the back and call me on my cell to let me know my appointment is at 11.30. I told her to come to the front and speak to me not on the phone....soooooo unprofessional, every time I go there, it's always some problem , or a new dentist, or a trainee dentist who play around in your mouth without doing anything. Of course I change dentist....would not recommend ...

My wife and I lived in New York for a few years before moving to Colorado. When we were there, our one and only dentist was Dr. Fischler at Preferred Dental! I highly recommend his work, and if we're ever back that way, we'll make sure to stop in!

Had been going there for approximately 2 years, the service is so cold I knew none of the staff names. I loved my Dental Hygienist she does a great job with my cleaning. That’s the only reason I kept going back. (Wish I knew her name) I stopped going because I had problems with my insurance. When I tried to get the problem rectified I was transferred to the “Office Manager” who was very, very rude. I asked to speak to the owner of the practice and was told that was what the office manager was there for. I didn’t argue, Just took my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I've never been to a dentist's or doctors office and experienced such bad service and blatant "gimmicks" Be aware - and the application you fill out makes it clear - that they will sell your information to a host of third parry "payees". No specifics provided. Also the so called Privacy Statement is not provided ... you have to request it ... which is another alarm. i made the mistake of providing my real phone number. I started receiving spam the day after I visited. The thing which really annoyed me is that I called before visiting, to make sure my insurance was accepted. I was told there was no problem. I get there, provided my insurance info, and, again, was told no problem. After sitting for a while and a "free" X-ray, was taken, I was taken to the Insurance Specialist. I was essentially told my insurance would not be accepted. I was more than annoyed!. Transportation alone round-trip took over 2 hours. They may offer excellent dental care, but if you use this office, I advise you to pay very close attention to what you're signing, be cautious about using your real email address and phone number. Shameful how many companies are now selling your personal information to spammers, etc ,,, just to make more profit.
